Has anyone stayed there? It%26#39;s got great reviews on TA and it looks really good!! It%26#39;s only a few km from The Elephant Orphanage and the owners take the guests on walks around the surrounding area to see the villages and the scenery.
I know Susie has been here, but she%26#39;s in Sri Lanka now so can%26#39;t reply.
Any ideas please??

Hi there,
They also got positive reviews on Dutch-language sites and, as the owner/manager is Dutch, that%26#39;s a logical connection. Don%26#39;t expect overt luxury, e.g. only last year they got hot water in the rooms - but now it qualifies as decent 2-star. No personal experience yet, we have a pending invitation from him (because he%26#39;s also active in volunteer work) but did not have a chance yet to fulfil on it...
All the best,

Hi.
It is lovely place situated between elephant orphanage 鈥?pinnawala and kandy ,2-3 km away from the main road toward the mountain call utuwankanda. Hotel belong to the person from Netherlands very much look after the client who occupying in the hotel .for me it more like boutique type hotel having much more privacy than the normal hotels. Also they serve up excellence local and western food.
Thanks you,

Cheers guys, that%26#39;s great.
It sounds like it%26#39;s a nice place so I think we may pop in and try to get a good price.
I like the idea of trekking through rivers and forests... Some of the trips they run seem really interesting.
Anyone else been ???
