i%26#39;m heading to colombo on saturday. staying at the hilton colombo. was wondering what i should expect to pay for food and drink around that area. beer, wine and spirits are our tipple.

Hi there....
In and around The Hilton expect to pay around 400 to 450 Rupees for a pint bottle of Lion Beer, the same for a 50mm shot of local spirits, all imports and wines will be considerably more expensive.
Nice Chinese restauraunt in Galadari Hotel a short stroll from Hilton, called Stix 10 days ago a 5 course meal for 5 was around 5000 Rupees, including beer, so around 拢30.00, not bad in Colombo !
