Weather forecast for the next few days??

What%26#39;s the waether like in Kandy at the moment please??

I%26#39;ve been looking and every site says it%26#39;s raining!!! thunder and lightning is coming on Weds and Thurs according to some of the sites!!!

Please tell me they are wrong??!!!

Hi there....

YES, they are wrong, as they usually are, right now nice weather in Sri Lanka generally, in fact was on phone a few minutes ago and someone was complaining it was too hot !!, hmmmmm, hows that for taking the ????, but they did say it was good weather for drying the laundry !. so i guess not too bad.

People on the southwest coast complains that it is too hot when temperatures get more than 30 C and that is cold when temperatures get less than 27 C.

This was Colombo, so i guess they are always complaining there he he...., but Ahungalla also nice weather recently, no rain for over a week.

That%26#39;s ok then, it%26#39;ll make a change from the heavy rain and hailstone showers that are hammering against my window as I type!!

I take it the people in the south of the country are a bit picky about the weather!!!

Aluthgama did not get any rain from Xmas until I left on Tuesday night, so people had already started watering their gardens.
