Hi Tara,

a) Consult a pro (e.g. GP or nursing practice) as basically all we have here is %26#39;informed amateur%26#39; advice.

b) However that advice can be given:

* Hepatitis-A

* Typhoid (formally only if you stay %26gt;14 days but better safe than sorry)

* Tetanus and Polio

Malaria tablets would be relevant solely if you plan to stay overnight in the risk zones, being Cultural Triangle and Udu Walawe/Yala plains. So not on the coast.
