I have tried to make a review about Clingendael,situated by the Victoria reservoir close to Kandy.This property is not listed under Kandy,and I have not been able to make the review.
I just wanted everybody to know that this must be the very best hotel in Sri Lanka.It is expensive,but FANTASTIC.Design,garden,staff,rooms( 5).......And the Chef is incredible-gourmet food.
We just loved it-one of the best in the whole world.Thanks Clingendael,I will try to get back some day in the future.
