serendib hotel or lithynia surf hotel

Hi again

still cant make up our mind. we have been offered Lithynia surf hotel but it doesnt seem to have satellite tv or childrens pool, although it says its been refurbished in the mercury direct brochure. What about the serendib hotel does anyone have any comments.

Asap please as i am waiting to book we are meant to be travelling 31 Jan.

NEITHER of thess 2 hotels would be satisfactory for you and your family, i would strongly receommend that you stick with your original plan to stay at Negombo, and Browns Beach.

Both the hotels you have mentioned are WAY below what you can expect at Browns.

You seem to know a lot about Sri Lanka - I was originally going to Negombo as you know and then I thought it would be boring and many people say that it is an absolute dive. Anyway this put me off and thought we ought to go further down as it would be more beautiful. We will still go for a 2 day trip to Kandy straight from the airport as we only have 6 days.but now i really dont know what to do about the resort or the hotel.
