building work at next to jetwings seashells

I have booked 2 weeks at jetwings seashells arriving in Feb and have just recieved a letter from our travel company informing me that there is an independant building project taking place on private land next to the hotel.

Is there anyone out there who has stayed at seashells recently and can give me some details of any issues this project may have caused or is there no problems ? Any info will be gratefully recieved.

Thanks for your response, this was very much appreciated. It does appear that there is nothing to worry about. Must admit though, it would have been good if First Choice had mentioned this when we were bookinga as it seems they know this was going on prior to our booking.
